The heart of the home is the fully stocked modern kitchen with its ocean views, Cherry wood cabinetry, stone quartz countertops, and stainless appliances. Vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows offer lots of natural light throughout the home.

Wonderful views and calming breezes abound from the home’s lanais. The private primary bedroom suite features superb ocean views and includes a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

A full-sized washer and dryer as well as beach gear is included to ensure you have everything you need for your vacation.

  We visited Kauai for 5 nights and this was the perfect home base! Located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful greenery and an ocean view, we loved spending time on the wrap around patio taking in the scenery. The neighborhood is ~10-15 minutes or less away from everything: major restaurants, a grocery store and things to see/do. There was lots of room for the 6 of us and we liked how the bedrooms were spaced out. The kitchen is large with an enormous island, coffee pot, subzero fridge/freezer, wine fridge, and huge stovetop. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and beautiful ocean views with its own patio. Every room has an AC unit, including the living room and the office, which was very nice. We had an incredible time here and my family told us they could've stayed a lot longer because the place was so enjoyable! Highly recommend and we will definitely book here again.

  My family and I had a great time staying a the Pu'uwai Hale rental in Princeville. Everything was clean, comfortable and as advertised or even better. The house was more than big enough to fit the five of us and offered places for us all to gather together or slip away and find some peaceful alone time. The only downside is its not very walkable to any stores or beaches nearby so if you have that expectation going in you'll be fine. I would highly recommend staying here.

  This home is one of our all time favorites! Beautiful, beautiful ocean views! We even spotted some whales off the coast! Really nice neighborhood. We loved seeing the baby Albatross and their momma and papas watching over them! The home was meticulously cleaned, well stocked, and extremely comfortable for our family of eight adults. Our weather wasn’t ideal but we did get to enjoy most excursions on our wish list.

  We had an amazing visit to Pu'uwai Hale! The property was even better than the pictures with plenty of space for two families. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the wonderful kitchen and outside lanai. Easy access to grocery store and walking trails. The house was spotless and well-stocked. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend Na Pali Catamaran for a boat ride up the coast.

  Pictures don't do this place justice and it's the cleanest rental I've ever booked! It is a stunning villa with jaw dropping views. The beds are super comfortable and kitchen has everything. You will spend at least a day of your vacation enjoying the villa and views.
  Angela was a great help. We arrived late night and couldn't get in with the code. She was patient with us then realized we were at the wrong address. Thanks Angela for your patience.
  Only negative is stove did not work, but that did not hinder us. If I return to the island with a large group (7 of us this time) we will definitely rent this vila!!

  We had 4 couples in our group, this house was incredible. From the amazing Ocean views, to the layout of the beautiful house. All 4 bedrooms had their own bathrooms, all tucked into it's own private corner. The house is beautifully upgraded, came fully stocked, I can tell that previous guests would leave their supplies and drinks, we had left all our unopened drinks and supplies as well for the next group to enjoy. We are grateful for the owner this home to share it with us. The house was immaculate, soft sheets, and comfortable mattresses (I'm picking about mattresses). It felt like a high end hotel, yet the convenience of a beautiful home. Great spot with nearby shops and food, all within 5 minute drive. I really need to make sure to come back to this amazing home next time I come back.
